The growth spurt beat the mail truck, the 7/8 should have been 10/12 — the partner return network takes it back.
Any unworn pack can go back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, through the same retail partner network that delivered it. Holding a tee against your child and deciding the size is wrong is a normal return — keep the pack complete, the tags attached and the pieces unwashed. One garment tried on over an undershirt does not disqualify the pack; a week of playground wear does. A pack with a genuine defect goes back regardless of any of that.
Returns ride the same partner networks as deliveries — carrier counters, lockers and drop-off desks across all 50 states, most a short drive away. No appointment, no repacking theater at the counter: the first scan at the drop-off point starts the refund clock.
Once the partner return center receives and inspects the parcel, the refund travels back to the original payment method through the partner that charged it. Plan on 5–7 business days before it lands on the statement.
Need the 10/12 instead of the 7/8, or the pastel pack instead of the brights? Say so in the first email — if the replacement size or color set is in stock at the partner warehouse, it is held for you while the return travels back. Size swaps after a growth spurt are the most common exchange we see, and the fastest.
A split seam, a peeling graphic, a zipper that jams, elastic that gives out in the first week — photo to hello@pinkangel.pages.dev within 7 days of delivery and the partner replaces or refunds at no cost. The pack only travels back if the partner center asks for it. Defects are our side of the deal, not yours.
