Shirts and camisoles carry printed inside labels instead of stiff woven tags, so there is nothing at the neckline to itch or cut out. Kids who fight scratchy collars usually stop fighting these.
Sezzit is the boys line — thermals, henleys, sweaters and undershirts — and follows the same height-and-chest chart. Thermals meant for layering are worth sizing up so a tee fits underneath comfortably.

The blends are chosen to survive weekly hot-wash reality, but cold or warm water with low-heat drying is what keeps a pack fitting the same in May as it did in September. Hot dryer cycles are where most shrinkage stories start.
